Feedback on people's RP's/Promo's - Be constructive dont be nasty if you want to offer people feedback
Feedback on your own stuff - You can ask for advice on your work and people will give it, well they might... I will for sure!

If you do want to run your own RP school, then go ahead. There seems to be people that are not use to rping and some that have skills.
