No it doesn't... It means ( by default ) he's heel. Unless the GM puts him as a face for the show. He will still get the same amount of exposure as everyone else in his division. As long as he keeps active on the board.

But if he will have segments he will must transform in a face or heel because if he has a segments he has to say something that ill upset or make the fans happy.That is the point.
